Why is it that us English hate the French so much? Is it because we see them as arrogant? When we go there on holiday, the lazy waiters can't be bothered to speak English. The swines! Mind you - how many waiters in England do you know that can speak French? Yes the French are an arrogant nation - but are they truly any more so than us? Sadly no.

However - most of them are greasy and smelly and have bad breath. And they are French! So sod 'em!
